ABsession is an ab-centered sculpting class with a strategic approach to strengthening your core in a balanced and well-rounded way. Using 15lb bungee bands, a small ball and suspension straps you'll twist, rollup, plank and more! This class has a mello vibe with slow controlled movements but you'll feel the burn and enjoy the fun variety of moves.

Bootcamp

A one hour bootcamp style class that will burn calories while building strength and endurance. Get a full body workout using kettlebells, free weights, and body weight. This is a high intensity class, but all levels are welcome!
